Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a clear description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all inserts, slipcovers, and promotional materials to prevent further damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement copy.
